Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team at The Sun Hotel in Mundingburra.

n

You'll work across grill, prep and service, helping the team deliver consistent pub favourites through busy lunch and dinner trade. This is initially a casual position, with the potential to move into a full-time role if it proves to be the right fit for everyone.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Work confidently on the grill and support other kitchen sections as needed
n
- Prepare and cook meals consistently to recipe and presentation standards
n
- Support prep, lunch and dinner service
n
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service moving
n
- Maintain strong food safety, cleanliness and workplace safety standards
n
- Assist with stock rotation, portion control and reducing waste
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy commercial kitchen
n




- Grill experience is essential
n
- Confidence working across multiple kitchen sections
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent practical kitchen experience
n
- A reliable, hands-on approach and strong communication skills
n
- Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
