Prouds the Jewellers Taigum is seeking an ambitious, sales-driven store leader to join our team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to coach and inspire a high-performing team, drive KPIs and personal sales targets, and deliver memorable customer service experiences.

Lead by example in merchandising and stock management, ensure stock integrity and shrinkage control, and execute promotional setup guidelines.
