A permanent full-time role within a well-established automotive dealership in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. For an automotive service advisor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Requires Car/Automotive Service Advisor Experience

Your normal day will have you:

n

n
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
n
- Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles
n
- Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs
n
- Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
n
- Build solid relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
n

You will need:

- Proven experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service orientation
n
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer proficiency
