ABC College Cabramatta is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher to teach students from Years 7 to 10. For more than 20 years, ABC College has supported local students through structured lessons, quality learning materials and personalised academic guidance.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Teach Science to students from Years 7 to 10.
n
- Cover key areas of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Earth and Space Science.
n
- Explain scientific concepts clearly and accurately.
n
- Deliver engaging, well‐structured lessons aligned with the NSW syllabus.
n
- Develop students' scientific knowledge, problem‐solving and examination skills.
n
- Mark student work and provide constructive feedback.
n
- Maintain a positive and focused classroom setting.
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
- Strong knowledge of the NSW Years 7–10 Science syllabus.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Education or a related field.
n
- Excellent communication and classroom‐management skills.
n
- Reliability, professionalism and a genuine interest in student improvement.
n
- A current Working with Children Check.
n
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly regarded.
n
- University students completing a relevant Science or Education degree may also be considered.
n
