McKay United is seeking an experienced Crane Project Manager to manage crane hire and lifting projects across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

n

This role would suit someone with strong crane industry knowledge who can manage projects from the initial enquiry and quotation stage through to planning, execution and completion.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage crane hire and lifting projects across Eastern Melbourne
n
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide practical lifting solutions
n
- Conduct site inspections and assist with crane selection and project planning
n
- Prepare quotations, tenders and project documentation
n
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, crane crews and subcontractors
n
- Ensure cranes, personnel, transport and equipment are scheduled correctly
n
- Monitor project costs, variations, timelines and commercial outcomes
n




- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site and regulatory requirements
n
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout each project
n
- Build strong client relationships and identify future work opportunities
n
