Location: Wollongong, NSW

Pay: $30–35/hour

n

Hours: Casual to start, with genuine potential to move into full-time as you prove yourself and the business grows. Typical hours are 8 hours/rostered day, plus around 3 hours most Saturdays.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Handling walk-ins, inbound calls & outbound/follow-up calls
n
- Responding to online quote enquiries quickly & professionally
n
- Upselling additional services for the mobile detailing van (stain removal, sand removal, headlights, etc.)
n
- General admin support — bookings, scheduling, data entry, and keeping records up to date
n
- Maintaining high-quality customer communication and a smooth sales flow
n
- Taking ownership of daily sales goals and staying hungry to close deals
n

- Valid driver's licence in Australia

- Must be 18+ years of age
