Your new role

n

Management of state-based profit & loss

n

Recruit, mentor, coach, develop and drive the entireteam to achieve set KPI's

n

Work closely with interstate and peers on all aspect of cross border business activities

n

Ensure team compliance to national processes and policy

n

Manage inventory ordering and stock obsolesces in accordance with projected requirements

n

Identify, track and nurture opportunities through our CRM and Pipeline management tools

n

Ensure that a positive culture is maintained, and staff feel invested within the business.

Continually work to identify staff development opportunities.

n

Ensure that the company is professionally represented at all times.

n

Consistently analysethe business utilising the tools provided to improve DIFOT, sales and profitability

n

Ensuring cooperative relationships with key personnel to further overall company objectives

n

Ensuring that sales budgets and operating profit is achieved

n

Qualifications and experience

n

Solid understanding of profit & loss, stock replenishment and budget processes

n

Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing a high-performance team within a distribution model.

n

Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline process from concept to completion.

n

A solid understanding and skill set of MS (excel, word, teams) and CRM platforms
