Creative Role in a Premium Waterfront Kitchen

Are you a passionate chef who takes pride in quality ingredients, in-house preparation, and creative cooking?

We are looking for a hands‐on Senior Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food across a busy and diverse hospitality environment. From member dining to events and regattas, this role offers variety, creativity, and the opportunity to work in a stunning waterfront location with a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, in-house prepared meals
n
- Lead by example in a hands‐on kitchen role
n
- Assist with menu development, seasonal menus, and daily specials
n
- Help build and maintain a strong and professional kitchen culture
n
- Support rostering, labour management, and kitchen performance
n
- Assist with food cost control, purchasing, and stock management
n




- Maintain best practice food safety and WHS standards
n

n

Contribute to the delivery of member dining, events, regattas, and functions

n

About You

n

n
- Passionate chef with strong hands‐on kitchen experience
n
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands‐on kitchen experience required
n
- Previous experience in a busy, quality-focused hospitality workplace
n
- Ability to work closely with and support a Head Chef
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Food Safety Supervisor certification required
n
