About the roleBio-Cosmetics Lab is seeking a full-time Process Worker to join our team in Smeaton Grange. As a Process Worker, you will play a crucial role in our Assembly & Process Work operations, contributing to the efficient and high-quality production of our industry-leading cosmetic products.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Operate equipment and machinery including assisting with setting up, monitoring, inspecting, and cleaning the machinery for filling, labelling, and packing skincare products.
n
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product consistency and quality.
n
- Perform quality checks on in-process items and finished goods.
n
- Assemble product packaging, packing products in boxes and stacking them onto pallets, carts or trolleys, preparing products for dispatch.
n
- Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards
n
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
n
- Accurately record production data and report any inconsistencies or defects.
n
- Comply with workplace health and safety,



GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and hygiene standards.
n
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production deadlines and targets.
n
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment of packaging supplies.
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience in manufacturing or picking and packing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
n
- Understanding of hygiene and GMP requirements.
n
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
n
- Good manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
n
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
n
- Demonstrates a high level of reliability and punctuality, consistently meeting attendance expectations and delivering work on time.
n
- Strong work ethic and a great attitude.
n
