About the Chance
n
We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated and high performing team at Finley. In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced, patient-centred care while exercising clinical judgement, leadership, and professional autonomy at a friendly country health care facility.

As the Registered Nurse, you will:
n
n
- Provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
n
- Conduct patient assessments, contribute to care planning, and evaluate outcomes to support safe and effective care delivery.
n
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes and ensure seamless care delivery.
n
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and promote a culture of safety and learning.
n
- Supported accommodation for a 3 month period may be considered
