The Opportunity

n

We're seeking a full commercial team to deliver a $400M 150 BTS apartment development.

n

You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers-contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
n
- Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
n
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
n
- Documentation:



Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
n
- Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
n
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

- Minimum 5-10 years of construction experience
n
- Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects up to $100M
n
- Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiation
n
- Exceptional attention to detail
n
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
n
- Proficiency in project management and construction management software Jobpac, Cheops
n
