With an exciting $8 million knockdown rebuild in Pymble commencing shortly, they're seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter / Foreman looking to take the next step into a Site Manager role with the right mentoring and support.

The Prospect

n

Working alongside an experienced Construction Manager, you'll remain hands-on while taking ownership of the day-to-day site operations. You'll lead trades, coordinate subcontractors and help drive programme, quality and safety, while being mentored into running your own projects.

n

This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys leading from the front and is ready to progress into Site Management with a builder that genuinely invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and mentor carpenters, apprentices and subcontractors onsite - remaining all tools when needed
n




- Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved
n
- Deliver high-quality structural and finishing carpentry works
n
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
n
- Liaise with suppliers, trades and consultants to keep projects running smoothly
n
- Maintain exceptional quality, safety and presentation standards throughout the build
n

About You

n

n
- Trade Qualified Carpenter
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on luxury residential projects valued above $3 million
n
- Strong knowledge of residential construction from structure through to detailed finishes
n
- Confident leading trades and coordinating subcontractors onsite
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Passionate about quality workmanship and building a long-term career in Site Management
n
