We're looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering outstanding guest experiences every day.

What You'll Be Doing

n

As Assistant Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the venue by:

- Supporting the Venue Manager to maximise venue performance and achieve business objectives.
n
- Leading the team from the floor, creating exceptional guest experiences every shift.
n
- Coaching, developing and motivating team members to reach their full potential.
n
- Driving labour efficiencies, service standards and operational excellence.
n
- Supporting venue profitability through robust commercial awareness and KPI focus.
n
- Promoting a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
n




- Ensuring compliance with company policies, licensing requirements and venue procedures.
n
- Taking ownership of daily operations, leading by example and fostering a culture of accountability.
n

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has previous leadership experience in a busy hospitality venue.
n
- Is passionate about food, beverage and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
n
- Leads with positivity, confidence and integrity.
n
- Is highly organised with excellent time management skills.
n
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
n
- Understands labour management, KPIs and commercial performance.
n
- Enjoys coaching and developing high-performing teams.
n
- Holds a current RSA (RMLV and Approved Manager Licence highly regarded).
