Cranbrook School is looking for an organised, personable professional to provide efficient, high-quality support to our Director of Communications, Community and Engagement and associated sub-committees.

In this varied role, you will:

- Manage the Community inbox and incoming calls, triaging enquiries to the right person.
n
- Deliver prompt, qualified and courteous communication with sub-committees, donors, alumni, parents and staff.
n
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the Community team.
n
- Provide general administrative and event support as needed.
n
- Act as a key connector between the Communications, Community and Engagement Team and relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail, a strong customer-service ethos, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. The School's two Boarding Houses provide care and accommodation for 75 students from Years 7 to 12.
