Responsibilities

- Primarily work in the Home‐Based Palliative Care Service alongside specialist nurses, a nurse practitioner and a palliative care specialist.
n
- Provide on‐call remote telephone support and remote charting for patients in the 20‐bed inpatient palliative care unit. Specialist support is available during all on‐call periods.
n
- Travel and accommodation provided.
