About the Role

Position: Senior Cleaner

Location: Orange, NSW

Employment Type: Full Time or Casual (flexible options!)

Key Responsibilities

n

- Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of 18 ensuited guest rooms and public areas
n
- Manage and coordinate cleaning rosters to ensure full operational coverage
n
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
n
- Prepare regular reports on cleaning operations, inventory, and staff performance
n
- Provide hands‐on support to the cleaning team as required
n
- Uphold health, safety,



and hygiene standards at all times
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or housekeeping role (hospitality experience highly valued)
n
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to high cleaning standards
n
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
n
- Comfortable with roster planning, reporting, and inventory control
n
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
