Workfast is seeking reliable Civil Labourers to join the early stages of a major rail and civil infrastructure project in the Cootamundra region, just north of Wagga Wagga, NSW.

This is a long-term opportunity on a large-scale Tier 1 infrastructure program delivering over 35km of recent rail and civil works. The project includes bulk earthworks, drainage, road realignments, and rail corridor construction — with up to 2 years of work on offer.

What You Will Be Doing:

n

- Assisting with cut and fill earthworks and general site prep
n
- Labouring support for plant operators, trades and concreters
n
- Spotting for machinery and working around live plant
n
- Installing drainage, rail fastenings, and structural elements
n
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe worksite
n
- Supporting multiple civil and rail construction teams
n

Pay Rate: $38.67 p/hr + Overtime + Super
n Location: Cootamundra / Junee region, NSW
n Hours:7:00am start, 10 hour shifts
n Start Date:ASAP

What you need

- Construction White Card
n
- Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable transport to and from site
n
- Previous experience in civil or infrastructure labouring
n
- Camp available
n
- RIW Card - Bonus
n
- Additional tickets beneficial: Roller, Dogman, Confined Space, WAH
n
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
n
- Safety-first attitude and strong teamwork skills
n
