About the Role

n

As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools and spas throughout Sydney.

n

Your daily duties may include:

n

Regular pool servicing and water balancing

n

Equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

n

Diagnosing faults with pumps, filters, chlorinators and heating systems

n

Green pool treatments

n

Equipment repairs and replacements

n

Heat pump and filtration system installations (training provided)

n

Providing customers with professional advice and recommendations

n

Maintaining a clean, organized and fully stocked service vehicle

n

As your experience grows, you will progress into more advanced technical work including plumbing modifications, automation systems, commercial equipment, and complete equipment installations.

Skills & Experience

n

Previous experience in the pool industry is a must

n

We are looking for people who have:

Physical fitness and ability to lift to 20kg

The following would be advantageous:

n

Certificate III or IV in Swimming Pool & Spa Service

n

Must have Experience in pool servicing

n

NSW Contractor License (or willingness to obtain)

n

Pool heating or automation experience

n

Ability to pass a police check if required

n

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

n

Working With Children Check
