Job Description
•4-month daily rate contract, Sydney CBD, 5 days on-site

•Not-for-profit organisation, Must have Driver Licence

•Maximum a week notice, access to car required

This is a great opportunity for a Technical Field Engineer to join a busy, collaborative team supporting a multi-site environment, delivering high-quality support both remotely and on-site.
n
About You
n
n
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service across all levels of the business.
n
- Experience in desktop support, field support or end user support roles (3+ years preferred).
n
- Hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, end user devices and associated peripherals.
n
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
n
- Experience supporting technologies such as AV systems, telephony or communications infrastructure.
n
- Relevant IT qualifications (Cert IV or equivalent experience).
n
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle required.
n
n
About the Role
n
n
- Provide Level 2 and 3 end user support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
n
- Deliver both remote and face-to-face support across multiple sites.
n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues to restore services quickly.
n
- Support a range of technologies including end user devices, communications systems and site-based infrastructure.
n
- Manage and track incidents through to resolution, ensuring strong user communication throughout.
n
- Participate in an after-hours on-call roster as part of the support team.
n
