Job Description

n

We are looking for Senior Project Managers to lead large scale health projects, working with the Project Director to deliver the facility planning, design, procurement, and construction phases. Your responsibilities include:

n

- Leading and managing projects and programs as the key client interface
n
- Managing complex and diverse stakeholder relationships
n
- Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
n
- Managing multiple project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
n
- Managing the project delivery process across multiple projects and programmes to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
n
- Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling,



costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
n
- Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
n
- Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants
n
- Analysing and defining future programme and portfolio strategies
n
- Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
n
- Driving business outcomes alongside project outcomes.

Qualifications

n

n
- A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management
n
- 7+ years Project Management experience (consultancy or client side preferred)
n
- Experience in the health sector is a plus, with experience in brownfield, live construction, and/or mental health facility advantageous
n
- Existing Australian workrights is ideal.
n
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, quick paced environment
n
- Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly a command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
n
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client.
