We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team at KPTR PTY LTD T/A Nextra Birtinya located at Stockland Birtinya 2/8 The Ave Birtinya, QLD 4575. Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:

- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
n
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
n
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
n
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
n
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
n
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
n
- Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
n
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
n

Skills and Experience:

- At least 1- 2 years of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
n
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and marketing strategies
n
