Front Office Coordinator to Join One of Canberra's Leading Specialist Dental Practices

Canberra Prosthodontics is a highly regarded specialist practice providing aesthetic and functional dentistry to patients across Canberra and the surrounding region. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, supportive, and welcoming environment.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front Office Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

About the Role

n

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our reception.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.
n
- Managing incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries.
n
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
n
- Processing payments and managing billing enquiries.




n
- Providing administrative support to our clinical team as required.
n

About You

n

n
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a dental reception or front office role.
n
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
n
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
n
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice.
n
- A professional, reliable, and positive approach to your work.
n
- Confidence using dental practice management software (Exact preferred) and Microsoft Office.
