Job Description

Department for Correctional Services (DCS) seeks a General Manager for Port Augusta Prison (SAES1) to lead a large operational workforce, manage staff, prisoners, facilities and budget, and drive outcomes within a high-security correctional setting.

The role requires strategic leadership, exceptional communication, and a commitment to culturally responsive programs, with relocation support provided for Port Augusta. Three-year contract term and direct leadership of seven reports are included.
