Ultra Refrigeration is growing and we're looking for a qualified Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician who values quality workmanship, clear standards, and professional diagnostics.

The Role

n

As a frontline representative of Ultra Refrigeration, you'll be trusted to manage your work professionally and deliver real solutions for our clients.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems
n
- Attending metro sites and occasional regional work
n
- Delivering professional, solutions‐focused service to customers
n
- Completing job sheets, reports, and timesheets using digital systems
n
- Working safely in line with NSW WHS and Australian Refrigeration Standards
n
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and provided service vehicle
n
- Participating in an on‐call rotation for after‐hours support (shared across the team, with paid standby and backup support when required)
n

n

You'll work independently in the field, while being supported by a structured service team and leadership that understands the trade.

n

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

n

n
- Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (minimum)
n
- Current Supervisor/Contractor licence
n
- Current ARCtick licence
n
- Current NSW driver's licence
n
- Strong fault‐finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Clear communication and a customer‐focused approach
n
- Comfortable using digital field service systems (e.g. AroFlo or similar)
n

Highly regarded:

- Experience in commercial refrigeration environments
n
- A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
n
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team
n
