An established Melbourne commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Managerto take the lead on a $35M apartment developmentlocated in Melbourne's inner north. With a strong pipeline of premium residential projects and an excellent reputation for delivering quality outcomes, this is an opportunity to join a business that continues to secure repeat work across the multi-residential sector. The builder has delivered more than $220M of residential and commercial projects across Melbourne and specialises in high-quality multi-residential developments.

This role would suit a Site Manager who enjoys running projects from start to finish while working with an experienced and supportive delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day site operations from commencement through to handover
n




- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme and quality standards
n
- Drive OH&S; compliance and maintain a safe working workplace
n
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved
n
- Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
n
- Oversee QA processes, defect management and project documentation
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience delivering apartment or multi-residential projectsas a Site Manager
n
- Proven ability to manage projects valued at $20M+
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and quality management
n
- Solid knowledge of Australian building regulations and OH&S; requirements
n
- Ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
n
