About You

n

We are looking for a Scrum Master star based in Sydney. Someone who is passionate about elevating the Project Management profession and ideally brings experience from a skilled services/consulting background.

n

You will be engaging with project teams and collaborating with a range of stakeholders, making recommendations, providing guidance and sharing knowledge around project best practices.

n

Please note: 8 month initial contract with possible extensions starting ASAP and is based in Sydney, requires 3+ days in the office in Parramatta.

n

Must be available to start Immediately

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
n
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across the SDLC.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers,



and business teams.
n
- Identify and remove delivery impediments while promoting continuous improvement.
n
- Track project risks, dependencies, budgets, and schedules.
n
- Drive Agile best practices and foster a high-performing team culture.
n
- Ensure quality delivery through effective governance and reporting.
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
n
- Ideally government projects experience
n
- It would be ideal if you have worked as a Scrum Master in a Salesforce Project
n
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
n
- Experience managing software development and technology projects.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Relevant Agile or Project Management certifications highly regarded.
n
