Job Description

We're looking for a practical, organised Warehouse & Technical Support Assistant to support our Spare Parts and Installations team. This is a full-time, hands-on role: you'll prepare and organise parts for upcoming jobs, head out to complete installations, and when there are no installs on, you'll take on general warehouse duties.

About the Role

n

Working closely with the Spare Parts & Installations Coordinator and Warehouse Manager, you'll make sure every installation is prepared, stocked and delivered properly, then pitch in across the warehouse between jobs. Expect a mix of organisation, practical problem solving and hands-on installation work.

Spare Parts, Prep & Installations (Primary Focus)

- Prepare, organise and stage spare parts, tools and materials for upcoming installation and service jobs.
n
- Assemble and install equipment on site, ensuring each job is completed correctly and safely.
n
- Carry out minor repairs, component preparation and basic assembly.
n
- Maintain accurate spare parts inventory, including stock levels, usage tracking and replenishment.
n
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating installation and spare parts activities.
n
- Complete job documentation, reporting and data entry.
n
- Liaise with internal teams so parts and equipment are ready when required.
n
- Provide in office support for installations, expos, events and pack-down activities.
n
- Keep the spare parts and installation areas clean and well maintained.
n




- Run occasional errands to collect parts or supplies.
n

Warehouse Support (When Not on Installs)

n

- Assist with receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.
n
- Support stocktakes and inventory control.
n
- Help maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
n
- Provide general warehouse assistance as required.
n

About You

n

You'll enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and be happy to roll up your sleeves wherever needed.

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- A practical, hands-on approach and confidence working with tools.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work across teams and with customers.
n
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory systems.
n
- The ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
n
- A current driver's licence.
n
- A willingness to learn and support different areas of the business.
n
- Experience in spare parts, warehouse operations, installation or technical environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
