We are hiring a Sales Consultant to join our growing residential home building company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a high‐performing team and directly with the CEO in a position critical to driving sales success.

n

No display homes, just a structured, office-based Monday to Friday sales role working with enquiries, clients and our internal team from our Wheelers Hill head office.

n

We build across Melbourne and select regional areas. With ambitious long-term plans, we're looking for someone passionate about the building industry who wants to grow with a fast-moving, high-performing team.

About the Role

n

We are looking for a driven, organised, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients from enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Manage incoming leads and enquiries
n
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and present suitable home solutions
n
- Work closely with pre-construction, drafting, estimating, and operations teams
n
- Maintain CRM notes and follow-up processes
n
- Achieve monthly sales targets
n
- Build strong client relationships
n
- Deliver a high level of service and follow-up
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in property, building, or sales is highly regarded but not essential
n
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Self‐motivated and able to work independently
n
- A positive, can‐do attitude with a high standard of professionalism
n

n
