About the role

As a sales consultant at CarpetCall , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This full time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Engaging with customers in store and at their homes, to understand their needs and provide direction to achieve their desired results.
n
- Demonstrate products and present product knowledge to best help find a suitable selection.
n
- Strive to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
n
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries
n
- Attending measure and quotes to provide a full in home design and consultation.
n

We are looking for sales consultants across our divisions

- Sales experience is helpful but not a necessary.
n




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers is needed.
n
- All training on products and sales processes is provided.
n
- A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service is what we are after.
n
- As we are a retail business you must be able to work weekends but a flexible roster that works with your needs can be met.
