About the Role
n
As our Field Merchandiser, you'll work across multiple Sydney Tools locations throughout North and South Queensland, ensuring every store reflects our high merchandising and brand standards.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Travel between stores to implement and maintain merchandising standards
n
- Execute planograms and in-store layouts in line with Head Office direction
n
- Maintain exceptional store presentation through effective stock placement and organisation
n
- Conduct merchandising audits and identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Train and mentor store teams on merchandising best practices
n
- Provide regular updates to Head Office on store visits, progress and recommendations
n
- Support new store layouts, promotional displays and seasonal merchandising initiatives
n

About You
n
n
- Previous merchandising experience is essential
n
- Strong eye for detail and visual presentation
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Enjoy coaching and developing others
n
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Queensland
n
