Must Have Skills:

- Solid experiencewith SRE and New Relic for monitoring and log analysis

- Understanding ofIAM, security protocols, and authentication flows

- Understanding ofJava (debugging, minor enhancements)

- Experience withKubernetes and containerized environments

- Hands-onexperience with mTLS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML
n
- Familiarity withCodefresh and GitHub Actions for CI/CD

Roles and responsibilities:

n

n




- Provide Level 2 support for IAMplatforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack
n
- Monitor, triage, and resolve productionissues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle
n
- Investigate issues using monitoringtools like Splunk and New Relic
n
- Support Kubernetes-based deploymentsand containerized IAM workloads
n
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines usingCodefresh and GitHub Actions
n
- Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) fortraffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting
n
- Perform Java-based debugging and minorcode enhancements
n
- Participate in incident management,RCA, and problem management
n
- Collaborate with security and infrastructureteams to ensure compliance with security best practices
n
- Support release deployments andenvironment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
