Job Description

NAB Cairns Branch is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to deliver a seamless, customer‐centred banking experience at the frontline. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account openings, unsecured lending and everyday banking transactions.

Work with colleagues to identify best‐fit products, promote self‐service and digital options, and ensure accurate, secure handling of customer transactions while upholding NAB's inclusive, community‐mocused values.
