Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Laundry Assistants to join our growing team, working with a leading provider of linen and workwear in Footscray.

This role involves working with a leading provider of linen and workwear in Footscray.

This role involves working with industrial washing machines and dryers, handling primarily uniforms and linens, sorting and separating soiled linen while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

n

Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm
n Saturday OT
n $31-$32 per hour

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Loading and operating industrial washing machines and dryers
n
- Entering weight of garments into a computerised system
n
- Folding uniforms and linen with precision
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
n
- Inspect laundry for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues
n




- Working as part of a team to ensure an effectivework workplace
n

Requirements

n

n
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job- Lifting up to 25KG
n
- Previous experience as a Laundry Assistant preferred
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
