Our client, Sugo Tu PTY LTD, is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Quality Assurance Manager to lead and refine food quality system. Job Title:

- Quality Assurance Manager

Job Responsibility:

n

n
- Oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet internal and external standards
n

n

Duties:

n

n
- Supervise the implementation of quality assurance systems and procedures.
n
- Developing and enforcing quality standards and procedures, ensuring all team members follow them.
n
- Establishing and maintaining a strong communication channel with other departments to ensure quality expectations are met throughout the production process.
n
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
n
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including corrective actions.
n




- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless quality integration.
n
- Maintain accurate QA documentation, including reports and non-conformance records.
n
- Support internal and external audits as required.
n

n

Qualification:

n

n
- AQF Bachelor or Higher
n
- 1-3 years of experience in a leadership Quality Assurance role, preferably in food manufacturing
n
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, quality management systems and auditing.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
n
- Proficiency in computer systems related to QA processes.
n

Salary:

n

n
- $90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation
n

n

Employment Condition:

n

n
- Full Time / 38 hours per week
