Detailed Job Description:

- Lead day-to-day Azure platform support operations,including troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
n
- Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor,Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
n
- Manage patching, updates, and performancetuning for Azure services.
n
- Coordinate with teams for bug fixes,enhancements, and deployments.
n
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) andimplement preventive measures.
