About the role (where your magic comes in)

n

We're looking for experienced Psychologists who bring both clinical excellence and genuine heart.

n

These are hybrid roles - combine telehealth from your home (or private skilled space) with community-based, face-to-face support where needed.

n

You'll work with a diverse and meaningful caseload, including:

n

- Ongoing therapeutic intervention
n
- Progressive neurological conditions (MS, Parkinson's)
n
- Anxiety and mood disorders
n
- Trauma, and other mental health conditions
n
- Paediatric and adult clients across different life stages
n
- Neurodiverse clients (autism, ADHD)
n
- Psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities
n

We receive referrals for assessments, reports, and ongoing intervention,



and we take the time to match you with clients aligned to your experience, interests and preferred demographics.

About you (aka our kind of human)

You're confident, compassionate, and clinically sharp. You value autonomy but love being part of something bigger.

You'll bring:

- A relevant tertiary qualification
n
- At least 3 years of professional post-graduate experience
n
- Professional registration where applicable
n
- Experience working with NDIS participants / people with a disability
n
- Experience providing online therapy / telehealth
n

n

And, as an Independent Contractor with CARED, you'll need:

- A private, professional workspace with reliable internet, camera & mic
n
- Australian Business Number - ABN
n
- Appropriate business insurances (Professional Indemnity - PI, and public liability - PL)
n
