The ICT Helpdesk Administrator provides responsive technical support to employees across RDN, ensuring reliable and secure technology services that enable our teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for under-resourced communities. Working as part of the ICT team, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, support Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ICT services.

This is a permanent full-time role, with a minimum of two to three days per week in the office and additional days as required.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Provide responsive ICT support to employees across the organisation, resolving hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and business system issues.
n
Configure, maintain and support computers, mobile devices, user accounts, access permissions and workplace technology.
n
Coordinate ICT onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring employees have the systems, equipment and access they need.
n
Manage helpdesk requests, prioritising and resolving issues while maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with users.
n
Support the delivery of secure ICT services by following established security practices and contributing to the maintenance of systems, devices and user access.
n
Assist with ICT projects, system upgrades and the implementation of new technologies to support continuous improvement.
n
Maintain ICT documentation, knowledge resources and asset records to support efficient and consistent service delivery.
n
About you
n
You are a customer-focused ICT professional who enjoys solving problems, providing excellent support and working collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
n
You will bring:
n
Experience in a similar ICT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
n
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365,
Windows operating systems and identity management platforms such as Entra ID/Active Directory.
n
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, mobile devices and remote access technologies.
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
n
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
n
A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and service delivery.
n
An understanding of, or commitment to, Aboriginal health, cultural awareness and safety.
