Job Description

We are an American TMC looking for an experienced business travel consultant from a music/touring background to serve our clients in Asia/Australia. The role is home‐based with a base salary of A$110,000 – A$135,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Work closely with the US team to provide service continuity during Asian/Australian hours.
n
- Handle booking of flights, accommodation and ground transportation for high‐profile clients, including musicians, production crews and artist management.
n
- Provide discreet, top‐tier service addressing all client travel needs and preferences.
n
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and understand their unique requirements.
n
- Collaborate with tour managers, event organisers and production teams, aligning travel logistics with client schedules.
n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Asia/Australia time zone coverage, handling phone calls,



emergencies and any immediate needs of US‐based clients and agents who are touring abroad.

Qualifications

- Touring experience is required.
n
- Sabre knowledge is required.
n
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to providing unparalleled service to high‐profile clients.

Additional Information

n

n
- Regular hours of work, but some out‐of‐hours work may be required when clients need it.
n
- Applicants must set up as a limited company, as the client is solely based in the USA, and invoice them monthly.
