Duties

n

Dependent upon experience, this role will either see you operating as an Associate to an established agent OR as a standalone Sales Executive, performing the following duties:

n

- Open homes, private inspections, responding to buyer enquiries by phone / email as required, keeping buyers updated / nurturing them on what's happening and future properties
n
- Organising inspections with the property's occupants, which could be the owner or renter
n




- Updating details of work completed into the CRM
n
- Assisting the main agent in their role
n
- Lead generation and pipeline management
n

- Current Certificate of Registration / License, car and driver's license
n
- Desire to learn and grow within a thriving office, and self‐motivated
