This is an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to step into leadership, or an existing Assistant Service Manager looking for a new challenge with genuine career progression.

The Role

n

You will play a key part in the daily operation of our service department by:

n

n
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
n
- Supporting the management team.
n
- Managing customer enquiries and service bookings.
n
- Following up Work in Progress and keeping customers informed.
n
- Working closely with technicians and workshop control.
n
- Assisting with customer concerns and escalations.
n
- Identifying opportunities to maximise workshop sales and efficiency.
n
- Helping lead and develop the front counter team.
n

About You

n

You have:

n

n
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
n
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
n
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
n
- The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
n
- A desire to develop your career and become a leader within the automotive industry.
