Job Description

Poolwerx is seeking a commercially minded Legal Adviser to join the Legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal. The role provides support across domestic and international matters — including franchise agreements, the Franchise Disclosure Document, and IP protection.

You'll draft and negotiate contracts, manage insurance renewals and disputes, and maintain master legal records across ANZ and US. This position offers broad exposure to franchising, commercial and corporate work within a growing
