Job Description

CBChange in Yarra Junction is seeking a Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner to work with people with disability, co-creating plans to foster dignity and capability. The role offers hybrid work with outreach and flexible scheduling, aligned with a values-led, co-creative clinical setting.

You will be trained in the BASIC SystemTM, receive weekly supervision, and contribute to a supportive team focused on inclusion, human rights, and ethical support.
