About the role

n

We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join a growing team in Sydney NSW. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within the organisation. As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning services to a diverse client base, leveraging your expertise to provide strategic advice and solutions.

Key responsibilities

n

Conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients to understand their financial objectives and circumstances

n

Developing and implementing tailored financial plans that align with clients' long-term goals

n

Providing strategic advice on investments, superannuation, insurance, tax planning and retirement strategies

n

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular review meetings and ongoing communication

n

Ensuring compliance with relevant financial services regulations and internal policies

n





Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and manage a growing client portfolio

n

Collaborating with team members and support staff to deliver seamless client service

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a financial adviser or in a related financial planning role

n

Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, superannuation and tax-effective wealth planning

n

Current or ability to obtain relevant financial services licenses (such as Australian Financial Services Licensee accreditation or equivalent professional qualifications)

n

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

n

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly

n

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail

n

Proficiency with financial planning software and general IT systems

n

A professional demeanour and commitment to ethical business practices

n

Experience in business development and client acquisition is highly desirable

n

Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or business are preferred

n
