About the Role

n

We are on the lookout for a hands-on Holiday Property Manager to take care of a boutique portfolio of premium holiday properties right in the heart of Hastings Street. This is a fast-paced, all-rounder role where you'll be the key person on the ground making sure our properties are looking their best, owners feel supported, and guests have a great experience.

You won't be managing reservations—that's handled by our reservations team—so you can focus on what you do best: ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards, any issues are sorted quickly, and the owners have confidence their property is in good hands.

n

You'll be working with a tight-knit, down-to-earth team who work hard, support each other, and know how to have a laugh. While we take what we do seriously, we also believe it's important to enjoy where we work—and there aren't many better spots than Hastings Street.

Key Responsibilities

n

Property & Owner Management

n

Build strong, proactive relationships with property owners, keeping them informed and supported.

n

Regular property inspections to ensure everything is up to scratch and guest-ready.

n

Recommend styling and maintenance improvements to help owners maximise returns and keep properties looking fresh.

n

Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance, from quick fixes to major works, keeping on top of costs and timelines.

n

Guest Experience

n

Monitor guest feedback and keep an eye on reviews, always looking for ways to improve.

n





Be ready to step in if any guest issues escalate—solving problems quickly and professionally.

n

Revenue & Performance Management

n

Work with your Holiday Manager to set and adjust nightly rates in line with market demand and events.

n

Monitor property performance and help ensure we're maximising returns for owners.

n

Collaborate with the reservations and marketing teams to keep listings looking sharp and fully optimised.

n

Operations & Compliance

n

Coordinate with cleaning teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards.

n

Manage key handovers and check-in processes, making it as simple as possible for guests.

n

Ensure Body Corporate by-laws and STRA rules are followed and stay across compliance requirements.

n

Contribute to after-hours support as part of the team.

Requirements

n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous experience managing holiday accommodation, ideally in Management Rights or similar.

n

Solid maintenance and contractor coordination skills.

n

Experience with rate setting and revenue management.

n

Highly organised with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

n

Clear communicator who is comfortable dealing with owners, guests, and contractors.

n

Confident using property management systems (RMS, Hirum, HomHero, Guesty).

n

Local knowledge of Noosa and STRA regulations (or willing to learn fast).

n

Driver's Licence required.
