Job Description

Uniting NSW.ACT seeks a Head of Quality and Service Improvement to lead the enterprise quality agenda, develop governance and improvement systems, and ensure secure, high‐quality services across the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Customer, Risk & Governance Officer, you will lead a six‐person quality and service improvement team, collaborate with executive leaders, and drive change that enhances outcomes for people and communities NSW/ACT.
