The Opportunity

This is a senior role for someone who wants to influence more than project outcomes.

Working closely with clients and leadership, you will:

n

Lead complex projects from planning through to delivery

n

Act as a trusted advisor to clients

n

Build and strengthen long-term client relationships

n

Manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders

n

Drive cost, programme and quality outcomes

n

Contribute to business development and growth opportunities

n

Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Melbourne office

n

You'll have exposure to a diverse range of projects across living, city-shaping, education, infrastructure and other sectors

n

About You

n

We're looking for a genuine senior practitioner.

n

You won't succeed in this role by simply managing programmes and producing reports. We're seeking someone who combines robust technical capability with commercial awareness, leadership skills and a natural ability to build relationships. You will be comfortable working closely with clients, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

You will bring:

n

Significant experience in client-side project management, development management or consultancy

n

A proven track record delivering complex property, construction or infrastructure projects

n





Experience managing senior stakeholders and building long-term client relationships

n

Strong commercial and business acumen

n

Demonstrated experience in business development, managing client relationships and contributing to the growth of a project portfolio

n

Excellent communication and leadership skills

n

The ambition and capability to progress into a future Project Director position

n

Experience across mixed-use, city-shaping, education or major development projects will be highly regarded

n
