The Role

We welcome a qualified parttime enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team in Mordialloc.

n

You will support the delivery of meaningful activities to enhance the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.

n

This is more than a typical "lifestyle" role—at TLC, our wellbeing program is designed to enhance our residents' quality of life with meaningful activities tailored to individual hobbies and interests.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Support the delivery of holistic wellbeing programs that promote engagement and social connection
n
- Provide individualized one-on-one support for residents
n
- Assist with assessments and care plan reviews to ensure wellbeing needs are met
n
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support residents' overall wellbeing
n
- Create memorable experiences—whether it's outings, social events, or unique activities such as a game in our Corporate Box at Marvel Stadium, a lunch at the local pub,



or a scenic helicopter joy flight over Phillip Island
n

What you'll be doing

- Support the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
n
- Provide one-on-one support for residents
n
- Review and evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
n
- Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
n
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met
n
