You'll be estimating and tendering across a genuinely diverse mix of residential projects, helping us win the right jobs and set them up for success from the start. If you've got a sharp eye for detail, a head for numbers, and enjoy the challenge of a tight tender deadline, you'll fit right in.

The Work
n

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
n
- Attend site meetings for tender opportunities
n
- Review and interpret tender documents, and respond to all requirements
n
- Prepare detailed scopes of work and tender response documents
n
- Prepare comprehensive estimates within required timeframes
n
- Liaise with trades and suppliers to confirm accurate costings and timeframes
n
- Prepare Bills of Quantities upon award of tender
n
- Communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders
n
- Assist with project scheduling and management as required
n

About You
n
n
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the Brisbane region
n
- Sound understanding of the tender process and a track record of successful submissions
n
- Understanding of local construction standards and codes
n
- Proven ability to produce accurate building cost estimates
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Competent PC skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
n
- A professional manner, both in person and on the phone
n
