This role offers an exceptional platform to work on complex domestic and cross-border matters, acting for a diverse range of stakeholders with liability management, restructurings, distressed acquisitions, rescue financings, debt exchanges, and risk and mitigation strategies.

We would like to hear from professionals with 2–4 years of PQE derived from a top-tier law firm, with demonstrated experience in restructuring and bankruptcy. Outstanding academic credentials and high-level analytical and drafting skills are essential.
