Alt. Construction is seeking a hardworking labourer to join our growing team.

You'll work alongside our carpenters and site supervisors helping construct high-end architecturally designed homes from the ground up.

n

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, likes being outdoors and wants to develop a career in construction.

Your role will include

n

- Assisting our carpentry team
n
- Site preparation and clean-up
n
- Manual handling of materials
n
- Loading and unloading deliveries
n
- Operating basic construction equipment
n
- Assisting with demolition and framing works
n
- Helping keep sites organised, protected and efficient
n

n

We're looking for someone who

n

n
- Enjoys physical work
n
- Is reliable and punctual
n
- Has a strong work ethic
n




- Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
n
- Takes pride in maintaining clean, organised sites
n
- Has a White Card
n
- Holds a current driver's licence
n

n

Construction experience is advantageous but not essential. We value attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
